skilled, but friendly Service Professionals.
Along with a relaxing experience, we promise not only a great shine, but the best shine you have ever had. We think we can have most shoes looking as good as or better than the day you took your first step in them. We’re so confident in our service, that if you’re not completely satisfied, the shine is on us.
The key to a great shine is much more than the application of a coat of polish. The secret is in the both the products and the process.
One must understand the type of leather, and from there, recognize which products will bring out the original shine or luster in that leather. Cleaning and removing old polish build up is critical. Repairing the cracks and restoring moisture back into the leather must be completed prior to applying any cream or polish onto the shoe. Having the proper brushes and shine clothes can make the difference in the shoe actually absorbing the products, as opposed to merely coating the shoes with the products.
This intricate process will insure not only that the shine is long lasting, but also that the life of the shoe is significantly extended. All this comes from understanding what products the shoe requires, in what order they should be applied, and close attention to the proper application itself. It's not just a shine, it's an "art".
As for the quality of our products, we use nothing but the finest polish
and creams. Our Meltonian cream and Lincoln brand polish are all
imported from America. A little know fact about the products we use:
The U.S. Army banned their soldiers from using the Lincoln brand of polish,
as the soldiers "were not having to work hard enough!”
Depending on what condition your shoes are in, as well as how much time you have, we offer three kinds of shines.
Standard Shine – 2 Coats Executive Shine – 3 Coats
Imperial Shine – 4 Coats
The reality is, most shoes probably need an Executive Shine. If it’s been several months, then you may require the Imperial Shine to really bring back the original luster. If you stop by every couple of weeks, the Standard Shine will probably be enough to keep you looking your best.
We hope to see you soon!
